RECEPTIONISTS
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance.  Receptionists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties.


CERTIFIED VETERINARY TECHNICIANS
Certified Veterinary Technicians have completed two years of college training and certification.  CVTs, are vital to ensuring that well, sick and/or injured animals are cared for efficiently, effectively and with the compassion. Every veterinarian needs a skilled veterinary technician to assist with diagnostic testing, patient handling, surgery and daily wellness appointments. Helping to keep patient care running smoothly is a very important job of a CVT. Our CVTs play an important role in administering care to all kinds of animals in need, from cats and dogs to birds and reptiles.

VETERINARY ASSISTANTS

Veterinary assistants assist the doctors and technicians in providing a high standard of care to our clients’ pets. This includes treatments from routine pet appointments and emergencies, to prepping and monitoring surgery patients. Assistants also help educate our clients, provide excellent customer service and help keep our clinic clean. 

**WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING VETERINARY ASSISTANTS**

KENNEL ASSISTANTS

These staff members are responsible for feeding, walking, treatments and occasionally bathing  pets who are staying overnight. They also  will assist with laundry, waste disposal, and running lab tests.
