Receptionist & Hills Nutritional Advocate

Sarah is a Client Care Representative that has been with the Northgate team for since 2011. She had three years of customer service experience in the veterinary field prior to joining our staff. Sarah earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield in 2005. She is also a certified Hills Nutritional Advocate and enjoys helping clients find appropriate diets for their pets. Many of you may also know Sarah as “Storm” the Program Director for Cromwell Radio Group where she hosts an afternoon show on 106.7 The Fox and an evening show on 93.1 The Party. Sarah is originally from Argenta and now lives in Decatur with her beautiful young daughter, Delia. They have many rescued pets including dogs Riley, Doyle, and Dennis Lennon; and cats Paige, Tessa, Devon, Maverick, Brutus, and Maynard. Sarah is an active advocate for pet adoption and also passionate about promoting spay/neuter within the community. Sarah is extremely active within the Decatur community and can often be found participating in charity and fund raising events. She participates in the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s for the Alzheimer’s Association each year. She has also been a Kiss a Pig candidate for the American Diabetes Association and has participated in Relay for Life Walks for the American Cancer Society. During the summers she can also be found at Bike Nights and Full Throttle Fridays. When she does have a free moment, this busy mom loves to have baby play dates and spend time with friends. She also is a big fan of The Walking Dead and loves discussing show theories with other employees.
